Bridgeton Group is an adviser and asset manager in the commodity futures markets. We bring over 50 years of expert knowledge to the disciplines of commodity portfolio management, commodity index construction and trading systems design. While our fund has been in existence since the early 1990's, Bridgeton became the sole manager in September of 2014, as evidenced by the change in return profile since that time. Bridgeton's goal is to bring high quality, cost efficient, well managed, premium products to the Alternative Investment Sector. During the last three years and prior to taking over management of the fund, Bridgeton spent considerable time developing IP and investment processes that simplify and refine commodity investing. We holds two sources of commodity specific IP that have gone into the creation of our investment strategy: the Bridgeton Index Portfolios Platform (BIPP), a cloud based tool for commodity index design, testing, and management; and the Bridgeton Trading System (BTS), a trading system designed to backtest, implement and manage our portfolio of commodity futures. Both technologies currently drive the trade and risk management engine of Bridgeton’s commodity investment mandates. With over five decades of commodity industry experience, the Bridgeton Group is well positioned to be a key player in the alternative investment space.
