David Holloway ("Mr. Holloway") grew up in Georgia with a background in production agriculture - livestock, crops, and timber. Mr. Holloway earned a BS in Agribusiness from Freed-Hardeman University in 1988 and an MS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in 1990. Mr. Holloway serves as the Chief Risk Officer for NextGen Cattle Company, where he manages price risk for cattle and grain exposures. He became an Associated Person and a Principal of the Advisor on July 5, 2023.

From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Holloway was a Senior Livestock Market Analyst for McVean Trading and moved into the role of Vice President of Rabo AgriFinance in 2011. From November 2011 to March 2021, he worked as a Commodity Market Analyst for JBS USA ("JBS") in Greeley, Colorado. JBS is a food processing company that is a US subsidiary of JBS S.A, a Brazilian company that is the world's largest processor of fresh beef and pork. At JBS, Mr. Holloway managed commodity price risk and cattle feeding.
