Summary

Robert A. Moss is the Chairman, President and majority shareholder of the Advisor. Mr. Moss began his trading career in the futures industry in 1973. He has worked in various trading capacities on the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange. From Aug. 1982 through Sept. 1984, Mr. MOss supervised Mid-Am Options, Inc., a floor trading operation owned by Richard Dennis, as a market maker on the Chicago Board Options Exchange. In October of 1984, Mr. Moss relocated to New York City to become a personal broker to Richard Dennis, representing him and C&D Commodities, a Commodity Trading Advisor, on all New York commodity exchanges.
