ADAM BUTLER, CIO: Adam has 13 years of experience in investment management, including seven years as a Portfolio Manager, and holds Chartered Financial Analyst(R) (CFA(R)) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst(R) (CAIA(R)) charters. He is primarily responsible for research efforts on the strategies implemented for all investment portfolios. He is the lead author of several public research whitepapers. In addition, he has co-authored the book Adaptive Asset Allocation: Dynamic Global Portfolios to Profit in Good Times - and Bad (Wiley) focused on adding new insights to the quantitative global asset allocation space. Adam worked as a Portfolio Manager at Richardson GMP and Macquarie Private Wealth and as an Investment Advisor at BMO Nesbitt Burns. Subsequently, Adam and his partners, Mike and Rodrigo, continued to evolve their quantitatively focused investment methodologies as a Portfolio Manager at Dundee Goodman Private wealth before launching ReSolve Asset Management. RODRIGO GORDILLO, Managing Director: Rodrigo has over 13 years of experience in investment management and is a Chartered Investment Manager(R) (CIM(R)). He has co-authored the book Adaptive Asset Allocation: Dynamic Global Portfolios to Profit in Good Times - and Bad (Wiley) and several whitepapers and research focused on adding new insights to the quantitative global asset allocation space. Rodrigo began his career on the institutional side with John Hancock before transitioning to the ultra-high net worth space at a boutique wealth management firm managing over $2.5 billion. Subsequently, Rodrigo, along with his partners, Mike and Adam, continued to evolve their quantitatively focused investment methodology as Portfolio Managers at Macquarie Private Wealth and Dundee Goodman Private wealth before launching ReSolve Asset Management in 2015.
MIKE PHILBRICK, President: Mike has over 25 years of experience in investment management and is a Chartered Investment Manager(R) (CIM(R)) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary(R) (AIF(R)). He is responsible for investment decisions, coaching, and strategic leadership. He has co-authored the book Adaptive Asset Allocation: Dynamic Global Portfolios to Profit in Good Times - and Bad (Wiley), as well as several whitepapers and research, focused on adding new insights to the quantitative global asset allocation space. Mike spent time at Nesbitt Burns and as a Branch Manager at Scotia McLeod before being recruited to Richardson GMP\'s flagship Toronto branch in 2005, where he was instrumental in building a team of 35 Advisor groups managing over $3 billion in Assets Under Administration during his six-year stay. Subsequently, Mike and his partners, Adam and Rodrigo, continued to evolve their quantitatively focused investment methodology as a Portfolio Manager at Macquarie Private Wealth and Dundee Goodman Private wealth before launching ReSolve Asset Management.
