Titan Capital Investments LLC

Titan Capital Investments, LLC (the “Advisor” & “Titan Capital”) is a Tennessee limited liability company that was organized in January 2023. The Advisor is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) as a Commodity Trading Advisor (“CTA”) and is a member of the National Futures Association (“NFA”) in such capacity. The registration of the Advisor as a CTA and NFA Member became effective on May 17, 2023.

William Skudder (“Mr. Skudder”) is Owner of the Advisor and is solely responsible for the trading decisions of the Advisor. Mr. Skudder is an individual member with the NFA as a Listed Principal and Associated Person of Titan Capital Investments, LLC (a registered CTA) and is a member of the NFA in such capacity. Mr. Skudder maintains an office at 424 Church Street, Suite 1330, Nashville TN 37219, telephone number (615) 627-4800. In such capacity as Principal and AP, Mr. Skudder holds responsibility for supervision and compliance with NFA Rules and other laws and regulations pertinent to the commodity futures business he conducts.

William Skudder attended Mississippi State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics in 2014. During his time in school, Will worked numerous internships with Consolidated Grain and Barge (“CGB”) in a number of locations such as St. Louis, IL, Hennepin, IL and West Memphis, AR. After graduating, Will accepted a position with CGB working on their rail grain desk in New Orleans, where he traded rail freight, sourced grain for their export program, and traded soybeans into processors. Additionally, Will also spent time in West Memphis specializing in farmer origination and barge logistics. Will transitioned to the Nesvick Trading Group in 2018 where he opened his futures brokerage business, eventually starting Titan Capital in 2023.

On October 5, 2018, the application of Mr. Skudder with the CFTC to become an Associated Person of Nesvick Trading Group, LLC (a registered IB) became effective. As an Associated Person, Mr. Skudder handled customer service duties for various commodity customers.
